TERMS & CONDITIONS for SOMEONE YOU LOVED Giveaway!

  • Must be 18+ to enter.

  • Giveaway is open to US RESIDENTS ONLY!  If you enter from another region/country and are randomly picked, your entry will be voided and another entry will be drawn.

  • Giveaway runs from June 27th thru July 4th, 2023 (11:59PM EST)

  • ONE winner will be selected at random from valid entries on July 5th, 2023.

  • Winner will be announced and tagged in original contest post between July 5th-7th, 2023. Winner will also be notified via DM.

  • Winner has one week to contact sponsor in order to claim giveaway prize. If winner does not contact host in a timely manner, another winner from previous entries will be chosen at random.

  • PRIZE:  One tote bag, a hardcover copy of SOMEONE YOU LOVED, a Sand Cloud beach towel, a set of friendship bracelets and a bath bomb and bath soap from a A Place on Earth. Prize worth approximately $100.00.

  • In the unlikely event the bath products cause a reaction or rash, giveaway host is not responsible. A Place on Earth is not affiliated or endorsing this giveaway and is not responsible either. Use at your own risk.

  • Prize will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking number in accordance with giveaway host’s schedule. (No later than the end of July.) Prize will be packed well, but host cannot replace any items that may have been broken or otherwise damaged during the shipping journey. In the unlikely event that the package is lost, appropriate measures will be taken to locate it through USPS which may delay arrival of prize.
